2018 Parade of Homes Charlottesville

2018 Parade of Homes

The 55th Annual Blue Ridge Home Builders Association (BRHBA) Parade of Homes is scheduled to take place the first two weekends in October, 6 & 7 and 13 & 14, from noon to 5 pm each day. All Parade homes, neighborhoods and design centers will be open and free to the public both weekends.

The BRHBA was organized in 1964 to unite Charlottesville builders with the allied trade industries, businesses and professions that have an interest in the business industry. It is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV).

The 2018 Parade, will feature sixteen builders, plus two associate members, who will highlight 27 homes, as well three Design Centers in the Charlottesville area and the surrounding communities.

Homes are listed at varying price points from the $200s to over $1 million. The rich amenities that will be exhibited include gourmet kitchens, spa-like master baths, and exquisite interior and exterior features including idyllic landscapes. No detail has been overlooked – no inspiration had been spared.

Whether you’re looking for a new home, or designing your own home, the Parade of Homes is a great way find the fine quality and craftsmanship our local builders have to offer.  We hope to see you there.
